Start a tcpdump to a file for IP 200.226.132.20 and send a ALRM signal to
qmail-send to force deliveries. Watch the logfiles. If the line shows
up, stop tcpdump and analyze the file (e.g. with etherreal).
Maybe you can see the reason then.
