Qmail deployment

I began my quest in early Auguist for a host having .Qmail deployed. Still 
no luck bar offers that are a tad rich for my clients blood.
For Australians US$s get expensive quickly as exchange rates fluctuate and 
that generally means not in our favour....

It seems that many hundreds of dollars are added is Qmail is requested as 
alternate to sendmail and I just know that can't be right.
The only lists I have been able to locate are for Qmail mirror sites rather 
than ISP suppling a hosting service.

Does anyone have any ideas as to locating a host service deploying as 
standard .Qmail?

Any help most appreciated.
