yesterday i noticed that there were some 8000+ queues originating from a single user. i noted that this user is our legitimate free webmail registered user and he registered from a Nigerian IP.

the huge queue slowed down mail delivery and the spam kept on growing. i panicked and quickly ran mailRemove from http://www.redwoodsoft.com/~dru/mailRemove/

all these mail stuff is not  my area of expertise and we do not have any sysadmin.  however our server is not an openrelay have tarpitcount and tarpitdelay in ~/control. 

i wonder how do those spammers inject so many mails into our queue :( ?
please advise.
