Your "firewall" is acting as a proxy, apparently, if all connections from the
other side appear to come from an address of the firewall itself. Just
configure your firewall not to proxy the connections (just block/allow them
normally). Ask your firewall vendor for assistance if necessary; this isn't
really related to qmail or relay-ctrl.
