In future, just show us the output of the qmail-showctl program; it's less
work for you, and easier for us to read.
As for messages sitting in the queue, the qmail-send logs will say exactly
what that's the case.

You don't need to with qmail, but `man qmail-send` tells you how.

No one can suggest a fix until we determine what the problem is; we need to
see your qmail-send logs.

I don't think that's the case, but until we see the logs, we can't be sure.
