Hello together!
Could webmin to that?
(Sorry it's a long description but I believe its necessary to read it!
Now since approx. 8 months I had a simple but stable qmail installation
without any troubles!
Today everything changed:
I have to make some maintainance on tinyDNS, dnscache delete some domains.
After that work, it was all done over the Webmin interface (0.990), I clear
also the same domains in locals, rcpthosts and finally make a "qmailctl
reload". I do check my original printout of "qmail-showctl" with the updated
one and it shows the same result without the deleted domains. Everthing
works fine at this moment.
So I made my regular check of some eMail accounts, I run only some different
addresses. From a FreeWebmail-Account I start sending test mails to my
addresses. The first 10 tries works fine, every email arrived. But there was
one address the message was bounced and the error message are "Sorry, no
mailbox here by that name. (#5.1.1)". So I go forward with my list and come
again to an address that brought the same result. So I've had a look on the
receiver and found out its the same user that got the messages from both
accounts. So I changed over the webmin interface (servers-qmail
configuration-alias) the diversion to another mailbox. It doesn't work, then
I tried again to send emails to accounts that work just a few minutes ago
fine - on every account I got the same message!
WHAT COULD BE HAPPEN??? I run nuts, I found nothing that I could done wrong
- but I'm only a time to time admin, Whatever. Please help!
