Hi, this is my first posting.
I've been trying to set up a mail server for a little company. At this moment, we have a dynamic ip address and we're using a dynamic dns service that replies to any *.mydomain.com with my dynamic ip address.
I've populated the files locals and rcpthosts with just one line each containing mydomain.com
I don't figure out why when a mail from someone@someplace going to someuser@hostx.mydomain.com is accepted and delivered to someuser's mailbox.
I'd like to block any mail going to everything that differs from mydomain.com, even if it has a valid hostname before that (hostx.mydomain.com, hosty.domain.com...)
I've searched through the documentation and mailing list but couldn't find an explanation.
Thanks. Luis
