The XTND XMIT patches were really designed for 1.01 (I think).
Since 1.01, quite a few things that qmail-pop3d patched for XTND XMIT
depends upon have changed:
- timeoutread
- the whole pop3cmd struct
...
Has anybody patched up a 1.03 version to support XTND XMIT ?
