qmail-antispam4.diff?

Finally got this patch applied (hint for Lynx users, don't press Enter on
the link to the patch and then use Print to save it ;-).

By examining the changes made by the patch, I was able to get a very vague
idea of how the feature works. I try to keep to tcp_wrappers, and I have
RELAYHOST on my qmail-smtpd, so had to add 
"setenv = RELAYHOST: setenv = DENYMAIL DNSCHECK" in my hosts.allow.

Is there any documentation on how to use this patch properly?
