The Women In Nuclear (WIN) Region II Conference was held at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) in Oak Ridge, Tennessee on Feb. 2-3, 2005. The organizers of the meeting - members of the Oak Ridge WIN Chapter, Federally Employed Women (FEW), Federal Womens' Program (FWP), Society of Women Engineers (SWE), American Nuclear Society (ANS), ORNL and UT-Battelle, LLC, - held two days of discussions on Diversity and Career Advancement, networking with colleages, presentations on the state-of-the-art of space power, power generation and hydrogen, and tours of several facilities at ORNL.
