Even though Frank Shanklin pulls double duty as the Facilities Management Organization's manager of the Procedure and Scheduling Training group and the Y-12 Plant's Historically Black Colleges and Universities coordinator, he says he can handle everything as long as he gets his coffee. One duty he won't tackle anymore, regardless of how much caffeine he drinks, is football.
