Chocolate Fest – A Knoxville tradition for over 23 years, this annual event benefits the NKF serving East Tennessee, which reaches out to kidney patients and their families in 34 counties.
Chocolate Fest  is a family-friendly event that is sure to please everyone.  Team UT-Battelle participated in the event with volunteers providing assistance in the following areas:

 
  • Sweet treats offered by more than 20 local chocolatiers, specialty shops, bakeries and restaurants. Chocolate fountains, chocolate-dipped fruit, truffles – attendees experience chocolate in every delicious form!
  • Children's activities include arts and crafts, games, snacks, and a non-stop airing of the movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
  • An extensive silent auction features entertainment packages, spa outings, home furnishings, art and more.
  • Live entertainment performed throughout the day by choirs, jazz bands, quartets and more.
