Cabella Archery Tournament

On March 30, 2003, volunteers helped set up the Tennessee Archery Pro-Am Challenge, a huge sporting event for the Oak Ridge area, with more than 1600 participants. Team members unloaded and sorted targets, counted them and assisted in getting them set up, and organized the range on a cold, snowy Sunday afternoon, which did little to dampen their enthusiasm.
This was the second year Team UT-Battelle conducted this service, helping earn Oak Ridge a reputation for hospitality for this major sporting and tourism event.
