(Knoxville News Sentinel) UT-Battelle, the managing contractor at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, scored 94 (out of 100) on its annual report card from the U.S. Department of Energy and received a fee of $10.05 million. The overall rating was the same as fiscal 2009, with the fee up slightly.
