About the MSD Group

Established in 1987, the Monolithic Systems Development Group provides solutions for problems primarily in the areas of instrumentation and controls. We perform research, development, and design of electronic circuits and systems, both analog and digital. The MSD Group is a member of the Engineering Science and Technology Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, near Knoxville.

The group specializes in the use of custom monolithic circuit/sensor technology as a tool for solving demanding instrumentation problems.

MSD Group's Staff
