SUMMARY: FormMail.pl Error 500 after migration to virtual server

I spent some time looking carefully for syntax errors in FormMail.pl, 
but couldn't find any.  I therefore downloaded a fresh FormMail.pl 
and modified the @referers and @recipients arrays appropriately.

This didn't immediately solve the problem, but the error feedback on 
the newest version is a bit more diagnostic.  I realised then that 
the error was not in FormMail.pl, but in the webpage referring to 
it.  Sure enough, when I looked at the referring page, there was a 
line break that had become inserted into one of the input fields in 
the html form.  Removing that solved the problem.
