How-To allow normal user accounts access to lp, lprm, lpc commands

        Is there a way to allow users other then root to execute the lpr, 
lpc and lprm commands on Tru64?

$  /usr/sbin/lpc down hp12p
?Privileged command
$


-Tru64  5.1, TruCluster 5.1
