crashing GS80 problem

I'm responsible for a GS80 that's started crashing recently (like
yesterday). It's dying with halt code = 5, also giving messages that
look like a memory fault. Attached is a relevant section of the log 
file from console works. I'm opening a call with Compaq (HP?) on this,
but I've seen answers come back from the list faster than a service 
call to compaq so I'm posting here. Anybody have any advice? Am I 
correct in assuming that this is a memory problem?
