Sendmail error

Ok, well I have compiled sendmail 8.8.3 and I thought that I was ok...  but now today...
I am getting error messages sent back to some users...  

This is on a DEC Alpha 3000 AXP, OSF1 (DU) ver 3.0

this is the error:
