HI ALL,

i'had a problem with oracle, when i wanted to use proC or pro ada,
the problem was than oracle was unable to find ntio4ini for linking,
so here is the solution : then ntio4ini is use by the ISO4 module,
so, in order to use it, i installed the ISO4, 10minutes later it ran well
