Well, almost by accident (while web browsing for something else),
I managed to answer my own question:  The FreePort Express stuff
lives at http://www.novalink.com/freeport-express; I actually did
try NovaLink's homepage before posting my query, but there seems
to be no obvious path from http://www.novalink.com to the FPX URL
(at least, none that I could find).

Anyway, before anyone wastes any time replying, it's still there.
(But why can't one get it via old-fashioned FTP any longer?)
