cfe problem

dear gurus:

i was trying to compile a library for sendmail v 8.8.3 and had some error related to cfe somehow i think i lost the cfe 
(program  or library??) and now when i exit the system some weird colors appear in the console i have a cfe.static y tryed copying  to cfe but still the same problem 

any ideas will be much appreciated!!!!
