Senmail .cf for 8.8

Hi,
I have recently compiled sendmial 8.8 on DU 3.2c. When I did this for my
solaris box it gave me a default .cf file to use and it worked great there.
I can not find such a beast for our machine and was wondering if any one
could supply me with one that I could use as a guide. I am not sure how to
change my old one to the new one. I would like to do this because some
mailhosts don't know that my mailserver is capable of 8 bit data and my
french characters are getting switched to other letters.

Any pointers to info would be appreciated,
