Well, this one still isn't solved...  thanks to:

Casey Spangler
Jon Reeves
Chander Ganesan

The idea of what I wanted to do:

- You can only log into root from the console, or if you've already logged
in as yourself.

What I wanted to do with that:

- Have it so that people that want to use this account (NOT root) can only
log into it if they've already logged in as themselves.

Just doesn't seem possible... Maybe my question was vague... who knows?  I'm
now trying to find other ways around this problem.
