locker admin problems URGENT!

Hi,

	We are using the locker admin package to administer the users on our
system. I have to problems: First if we enter a user with a number at the
beginning of there name the setup process hangs and we have to reset the
Alpha. Secondly we have a problem with disk space in the "/data/Lkr_Usr_"
area and now locker admin says that there is a process running all the
time, even after re hard reset the unit. I'm running a Alpha 1000 with
DU3.2d. We presently can't add any one to our system. Is there a file that
the scripts use to tell if the user creation is still under way. 

Any help what so ever would be appreciated.
