Next, I need to share with all of you a fact that you will probably doubt,
but I must say it anyway:

                               I knew that.

Yes, when I entered "bobo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" into the .rhosts file, I knew it
should have been "bobo.niehs.nih.gov".  I also knew it when I checked other
systems' .rhosts files to see if I was doing it correctly.  I knew it, I
knew it, I knew it!

But - I didn't see it.

So, instead of asking the guy in the next office to look over my shoulder
(and have him find it in about a second), I asked a few hundred people all
over the world to look over my shoulder, and the above people found it...

    Thanks everyone, for tactfully pointing out my error!
