I'am about to upgrade our Alpha 3000-400 to OSF/1 v3.0, and 
remembered something about 3.0 not supporting DECnet.  Is this true, 
or is my memory playing tricks on me (not the first time), and if so, 
when will the supported version of DECnet be shipped.
