If you mean the qmail-send logs, then yes, djb wrote qmailanalog for exactly
that purpose.  See the list archives for details of how to use it.

If you mean a logfile named "qmail-queue.log", that's not a standard qmail
logfile; you'll need to define exactly what's in it (i.e. what software wrote
that logfile?) for us to help.
