Changing qmail timezone

Hello,

In mail body, qmail puts a time of message, like:

Received: (qmail 15974 invoked for bounce); 5 Apr 2005 11:29:11 -0000

Here in Brazil the defaut timezone is -0300
How I can change this ?

Ps.: My system timezone is correct. Look:
"date" command print: Tue Apr  5 08:47:16 BRT 2005
"clock" command print: Tue 05 Apr 2005 08:47:51 AM BRT  -0.817857 seconds
where BRT is my timezone (-0300).
