Hi!
I'd like to setup an e-mail server to recieve e-mail on port 25, with
smtp-auth, and then forward these e-mails to another server for
virus-scanning.
The scanning machine should then return the e-mails, perhaps to a
different port, to the qmail-server for local delivery.
Is it possible to setup an qmail-smtpd to use a smarthost via
commandline arguments, or do I have to install a second copy of qmail
with a separate queue and everything?
I cannot send the e-mail directly to the virus-scanning machine since I
need to use smtp-auth wich relies on vmailmgr on the qmail-server.
I looked at qmail-mini, but I'm afraid it cannot be used since it uses
qmqp. The virus-scanner runs postfix, and not qmail.
Are there any easy solutions to this problem?
