Okay.  Two things: you didn't include the qmail-send logs for the delivery,
your your qmail-users file (if you're still using it), so we don't have enough
information to know for sure, but I assume your problem is because you have
the domain in control/locals -- locals always overrides virtualdomains; no
domain should ever be in both files.
