If that's not the case, ignore the rest of this paragraph. You would be
better off ignoring that site; instead, follow the original "Life with qmail"
(at lifewithqmail.org) to install the software yourself, by hand -- that way,
you'll actually understand what you have.

This is the type of problem you would never have had, if you had actually
followed "Life with qmail" yourself.

Yes: you need to look at the mail server logs for the MTA that accepted your
mail. Those logs will say exactly where your message is, and give the results
of all delivery attempts. Contact the system administrator.
