I have been seeing a lot of bounce emails to non-exist email addresses.
I saw a couple of different approach in qmail.org describing a fix for
this. One of the most popular seems to put badrcptto patch.

Any suggestion on most effective approach. Something that won't increase
the load would be preferrable.
