Yes this is possible. There are a couple ways to do it. However, it is
probably a bad idea (spamassassin, as wonderful as it is, is not
perfectly accurate---people will not appreciate having a single non-spam
email accidentally tagged and kept from them).

First, look into getting spamassassin or qscanq to re-write the
destination addresses. Also, you can try using a default receiver
(~alias/.qmail-default) address (get rid of smtproutes) that, using
.qmail syntax decides whether or not to forward the email onward or not.
And finally, you can always edit qscanq's source.
