[somewhat OT] LWN's comments on qmail licensing, development

Last week, LWN mentioned qmail in a discussion of licensing issues surrounding
another software package.  That generated some discussion on this list:

In this week's issue, LWN has printed two letters they received in response;
one was Russell's, which also went to the list, here:
