Limiting outgoing mails for a few email addresses.

Our largest customer asked me to implement a feature for a few (4) email
addresses in their virtual domain - that they can only email certain other
email addresses and/or certain domains.

I'll be running this on our new mailserver which has a vmailmgr-like custom
(read: written by me) delivery system authenticated out of a PostgreSQL
database & written in Perl, so anything delivery based I can handle - but
how do I circumvent (or augment) the normal IP-based checking for SMTP for
outgoing mail for that domain?

qmail 1.03, 1 patch: the Netscape bug (requested by same customer)
installed via LWQ instructions, any other info needed can be happily
provided...

Thanks in advance for any pointers,
