This is all you should need.  You've restarted qmail-send (easiest
just to use "svc -t"), and you're sure the MX is pointing to the
correct machine?

Do you get the same problem if you send a message from the machine
qmail is running on with qmail-inject?

If so, post a full sample bounce message...
