Filtering question...

Hey all

Right now I use several RBLs to reject spam.

Today I got a call from a customer whose mail forwards from another machine
outside of our network to our mail server.  Somehow, his IP got on the SPEWS
list because they blocked his provider's whole IP range.  Since you can't
contact SPEWS to have them double check a listing, this user is kind of
stuck right now.  I don't want to remove my SPEWS filter, but I also want to
allow my server to accept mail from his IP.

How do I add his IP to allow mail from his other machine even though it is
on the spews list?
