checkhab 0.4.9 (formerly checkattach) is out

Hi qmailers,

I just made the ff improvements to checkhab 0.4.9;
	- notify recipient
	- use variables
	- get the subject line (for further processing)

Nothing dramatic changes has been made since last year.
I just wanted it to make it a bit cleaner.
Let me know if there are some problems...
