virtual user and domain

I'm running qmail and it's working fine. I also set up qmail to work for
virtual domain and virtual user, using control/rcpthost,
control/virtualdomains and everything is working fine.
I would like now to set up qmail-smtp to reject any user which is not exists
as linux user or in the user/assign file. How I could do this?
