SUMMARY: mail relay problem (fwd)

The general consensus was to just upgrade my sendmail to 8.9.3.

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions.

It compiled right out of the box and other than sendmail's ultrix
setups not knowing where to put man pages, everything worked without a
hitch. No compile or run time problems nor issues with Ultrix 4.3's
version of bind (named).

Now my box passes all the relay tests at abuse.net.
