Personal DS5k/25 Video Cables...

I am in need of a video cable for my personal decstation (5000/25 -- 3 BNC
-> 1 connector).  Where is the best/any place to get these types of cables?  

(The one I have has at least one broken wire -- the one for green, which
also seems to carry the sync signals.)  I'm using a VRC16 monitor (I think).

BTW, does anyone know of a place to get a full-height SCSI expansion box
cheap? (Such as DEC's, but hopefully cheeper -- a parts/junk dealer maybe?)
