DECstation 3100 help.

Dear managers,

I couldn't reboot my machine DECstation 3100 with an old version of
Ultrix V3.1.  These are the error messages after entering init and auto
commands at the console prompt:

Excptn: <CTR = nrml>
Excptn pc: 0x80600000
Creg: 0x18<Ce=0,EXC=IBE>
Sreg: 0x30080000<Cu1,CU0,Cm1, IPL=8>
Sp: 0xa03fc000
    0xa03fc000....
exit(-1)

Are they software or hardware related?
Also, have anyone has a boot tape for Ultrix V3.1?  I inherited  this
system with no software installation tapes.  
Please help me, I'm desperated to get this system up because there is a
layout software in there that we can't live without.
(reason why we can't upgrade to the latest Ultrix versions)
Any help is greatly appreciated.
