DECstation 3100 boot monitor "scsi" command

Does anyone have a listing of all the subcommands of the "scsi"
command in the DECstation boot monitor?  I know about "scsi fm" (to
format a SCSI hard drive) and "scsi cf" (to format a floppy - this one
is hinted at in the hardware installation manual).  Is there a
comprehensive list?  The "scsi" command itself isn't even mentioned in
the help listing at the ">>" prompt, although it does have a little
bit of help of its own.....
