UT Battelle, LLC has appointed a Vendor Advocate to hear concerns from vendors during the pre-award and post-award phases of procurements. Upon request of vendors involved in procurements, the Vendor Advocate will communicate concerns and recommendations to appropriate personnel for resolution. Procurement does, however, have full authority to award transactions consistent with its policies and procedures. Concerns should be directed to:
