A request is made to DOE-ORO for abandonment
in place of property that remains after having been considered for
reutilization, donation, and/or sales in place. A
Personal Property Abandonment/Transfer Agreement
prepared by the Technical Project Officer must be signed by the
subcontractor and the ORNL funding division director and forwarded to Subcontract
Property. (It is assumed that High Risk and PRISM forms have been completed.) Subcontract
Property submits the request to DOE-ORO and notifies the parties of approval.
