CUSTODY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SUBCONTRACTOR-HELD PERSONAL PROPERTY
The holder of the personal property on the executed subcontract with UT-Battelle, LLC acknowledges and agrees to accept custody of the personal property during the period that the subcontract is in effect.
In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in the subcontract executed between the holder and UT-Battelle, LLC the holder agrees to:
The use, disposition, export and re-export of the personal proeprty in your possession and or control may be subject to certain U.S. laws and regulations on export control, including but not limited to, the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended; the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2751 et.seq.); the Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C. Append 2401 et.seq.); 10 C.F.R. 810; International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R. 120); Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730); Foreign Assets Control Regulations (31 C.F.R. 500); and the Espionage Act (37 U.S.C. 791 et. seq.) which, among other things, prohibit; (a) the making of false statements and concealment of any material information regarding the use or disposition of export or re-export of the personal property; and (b) Any use or disposition, export or re-export of the personal property, which is not authorized in accordance with the provisions in the Subcontract.
