Customers can register for e-mail notification of all upcoming Auctions by checking the button below. Absentee bids are accepted for pre-registered absentee bidders only. Once registered a permanent Absentee Bid number is assigned and a bid form will be e-mailed to you for placing Absentee Bids. Registration at the live Auctions must be done at the time of the Auction and cannot be done on-line.

You must be over 21 to Register for Absentee Bidding and ORNL reserves the right to refuse any Bidders' Registration. Read over the form and "General Terms and Conditions" before submitting or faxing to (865) 241-4029. This registration will authorize you to do Absentee Bidding on items which are opened to Absentee Bids. By registering as an Absentee Bidder, you agree:

To all General Terms and Conditions of the sale.
Not to bid unless you intend to buy.
If you win the bid, you will honor it.
If you win the bid you submit payment at the ORNL Property Sales Office by Monday following the Auction.
Upon notification that a bid was successful, bidder will pick-up item from ORNL with 7 days of the Auction.

PLEASE NOTE: It is a violation of law to make bids in a false name or with false information of any kind, even if our software initially accepts such a bid.

Once your registration has been processed, you will receive your permanent Absentee Bidder number, and the form to submit Bids.
