ORNL Awards Nomination Instructions

Please inform everyone in your division of the opportunity to recognize achievements in Pollution Prevention. Nominations may be submitted by any employee for a 1995 project in one of the five categories. Please submit your nominations by June 15, 1995 to: Only applicable spaces on the nomination form need to be completed. Winners will be recognized at a ceremony in late June. All entries will assist us in charting pollution prevention efforts and issues at ORNL. Please publicize these awards through division safety meetings, organizational meetings, bulletin boards, and/or any other routes available to you. If you need overhead or disk copies of forms, I will be happy to provide them. If you have any questions, please contact the Pollution Prevention office.
