The Quality Program Group is formed by Nuclear Quality Representatives and Quality Support Representatives. The group provides professional quality resources across the laboratory to ensure success in meeting and exceeding organizational goals and objectives. This group provides strategic support in the development of key organizational plans, including business plans, performance assessment plans, and the end of year self-assessment report. The range of services provided include plan development and review, assessments, surveillances, ACTS facilitation, identification and measurement of key metrics, and focus on continuous improvement activities.  Quality Programs Group utilize a wide range of quality tools to enhance organization’s performance, ensure compliance at the appropriate level through application of a graded approach and achieve customer satisfaction.
